PVMGA 2024-2025

Ponte Vedra Men's Golf Association, PVMGA, was founded in 1954. The purpose of the Association is to develop and carry out a program of golf events and related activities for the enjoyment or our members and for the betterment of golfing at the Ponte Vedra Inn & Club, PVIC. 

Eligibility for membership in the PVMGA is outlined in ARTICLE II of the By-Laws,which are periodically updated by the membership Board. All of the Association by-laws are included in the Membership Handbook.

The PVMGA website is geared toward providing up-to-date information to the membership. From this site, members are able to review tournament dates and results and review players statistics from those events.

Our site contains information regarding the PVMGA membership, annual tournaments, interclub matches, World Golf Handicap System, and the Rules of Golf. The importance of posting scores and the understanding of various rules will benefit us all to be more informed and to enjoy the game of golf. 

OTHER ASSOCIATIONS AND MEMBERSHIP

The Ponte Vedra Inn & Club maintains a number of Golf Association Memberships and there may be times when a member may wish to avail himself of certain club courtesies available, or to participate in sponsored tournaments.

A Ponte Vedra Men's Golf Association handicap is recognized as an official USGA handicap which is accepted anywhere. Members are thus eligible to compete in appropriate events.
